A foodie and wine aficionado, Danika is a proud mother of two and spends her free time seeing live music and traveling.
Anne leads service delivery operations, driving the development and execution of Merit’s staffing, search and consulting services. She has extensive experience in management, HR, operations, sales, and accounting. When Anne’s not working, she’s enjoying time with her family and participating in the community. She’s also an avid gardener and dedicated pilates enthusiast.
Sally brings more than 20 years of successful experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, account management, sales, business development and HR-Employee Relations to MeritHR. She is diligent, goal-driven, and a good listener who constantly seeks to make the ideal match between client and candidate. She loves to attend live music concerts, dance, eat great food with friends, and spend time with her family.
Rasha has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of areas in Human Resources to include Recruitment, Learning Development, and Employee Relations. She is highly effective in talent acquisition and delivering results. She has a MS degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, vacations by the beach, and spending time with her family.
Peggy has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of human resources, recruiting, and administrative roles. She has an eye for detail and loves to provide great customer service to all those she supports. When she is not hiking or backpacking to alpine lakes, Peggy loves spending time with her family and dog, practicing yoga and reading.
Lorenzo is a skilled executive recruiter with experience in various fields and industries. He has a bachelor’s degree in Consular Diplomatic Affairs from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. He either pursues improving his passion for music production or plays one of the various outdoor sports he loves.
Brian is one of the firm’s original employees and has held every role in the organization. He has broad knowledge of HR systems and programs, with hands-on experience in many human resources disciplines, including employment, employee relations, labor, safety and risk management. He is an outdoor enthusiast with a particular passion for sailing and golf in the company of friends and family.
