Opportunity Awaits—which one is right for you?

Nationwide Direct Hire Opportunities

Direct hire employees are hired by the organization they’ll be working with. The organization handles all employment details like payroll and benefits, whether you’re brought on full-time or part-time. Your first interviews are with us. We share what we know about the organization and role and engage in a dialogue regarding your skillset and career goals. We then present you to the client and the interview process continues with them, coordinated by us. When an offer is made, we work to ensure both your and the client’s objectives are met.
I just wanted to reach out and say 'thank you'. The match you made for me speaks to just how good Merit HR is at direct placement of HR professionals. The staff is excellent at what it does.
