Merit Welcomes New Client Services Manager to Staff

As a positive launch to the New Year Merit Resource Group has announced the addition of Ms. Melissa Roark to its Client Services Manager staff serving Northern California.

Melissa has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and sales, and also brings strong industry knowledge from the financial services and HR Outsourcing/Professional Employer Organization (PEO) segments.

During her career Melissa has repeatedly distinguished herself, both regionally and nationally, in a variety of positions with Accountants Incorporated, Robert Half International (RHI) and AdminiStaff, Inc.. She achieved Top Branch Manager, Worldwide during her 11-plus year career with RHI.

Most recently, prior to joining Merit, Melissa was a Sales Consultant with Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. and a National Sales Recruiter with The Culver Group.

In the Client Services Manager role with Merit, Melissa will be located in San Ramon and be responsible for client and talent development including service delivery for Merit's clients in the East Bay, North Bay and San Francisco markets. She joins her colleagues in Sunnyvale who support Merit's clients in Silicon Valley, the greater South Bay and mid-Peninsula markets.
