We all know it happens and sometimes we just have to be reminded of the fact. Trying to fit talent into a budget that is driven by what you currently pay everyone else (or their peers) in a market where talent is getting harder to find — is just asking for trouble.

We all know the importance of education in preparing tomorrow's workforce, and most of us in this part of the world are keenly aware of the importance of developing the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills in students early if they are to qualify for our jobs of tomorrow.
